The newbie Indian Telecom company, Reliance Jio (a.k.a Jio/RJio) has officially announced today that they have gained 16 Million Subscribers in just 26 days.
“Jio has achieved this growth faster than any other telecom operator or start up in the world including the likes of Facebook, WhatsApp and Skype”, mentions Jio in a press release.
To make the enrollment process easier, Reliance Jio has also introduced Aadhaar-based online Jio SIM activation, which is now available in 3,100 towns and cities. The online activation allows customers to complete the SIM activation process in just minutes.
RJio is also offering an extra 12 months of free services for the new iPhone buyers. This offer is only available if the iPhone is purchased from a Reliance Digital store or through selected Apple Premium Resellers.
