It looks like Reliance’s LYF Smartphone division is launching too many smartphones now and then to keep up the growing demand of ultra-affordable smartphones in India. They launched LYF Wind 7S in India recently, which costs Rs 5,699.
LYF Wind 7S is the successor to Wind 7, and sports a 5″ IPS display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by 1.1 GHz Snapdragon 210 processor with 2 Gigs RAM and 16 Gigs internal storage. In the camera department, the rear camera is an 8MP snapper with LED flash and front camera is a 5MP sensor.
As expected the phone supports 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity options; and is available in two colour variants – Black and Blue. The phone is backed by a decent 2,250 mAh battery and runs Android Marshmallow out of the box.
