DOOM Eternal, the upcoming first-person shooter video game, will release on November 22, 2019, for Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4.
In the game, you will take the role of Doom Slayer, the ancient warrior who fights the evil forces of Hell, and the action will take place from a first-person perspective. One of the goals of the game is to engage enemies to acquire health and ammo. You will have access to all sorts of firearms, like the Super Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, or Combat Shotgun.
There is a question on every fan’s lips about the fifth main title in the Doom series: How long will DOOM Eternal be? Fortunately, we have the answer from the executive producer of the game.
Marty Stratton states DOOM Eternal will take as long as the first DOOM from 2016, possibly even longer than its predecessor.
If you play the single-player campaign, the game will be 18 to 22 hours long. If you choose the easy mode, the game will last tops 18 hours. Usually, it will take you 20 hours to complete the mission and, of course, choosing the hard mode will make you spend 22 hours until you finish it.
If you play the 2016’s DOOM, in only 12 hours you will finish the games, that is if you maintain your focus only on the main missions. With some extra content added, the time increases up to 16 hours long. If you’re a tough player and want to do all the additional content, you will gather around 25 hours of content.
The 2016’s DOOM has the appropriate length not to bore the gamers. We hope DOOM Eternal will have no filter content and be as pleasant as the 2016 game of the series.
