One of the biggest updates in the new Apple Mobile Operating System, iOS 10 is its new support for message extensions, which has inturn landed Apple in trouble. Among the pre-installed Message Extensions, there is an image search extension that allows users to search for pictures and GIFs right from within the Messages app. According to Deadspin, a search for the word “butt” in the Message image search returns an explicit GIF of a My Little Pony character in which she pulls her underwear down and exposes herself. You can find similar results for many other words like “eggplant“, “huge“, etc. It is true that Apple is going to have a pretty hard time tracking down these porn GIFs from their Message Extensions.
